Perform project management consulting services for Nokia Networks, primarily overseeing the site upgrades (Rural America and Modernization projects) in the Ohio and Pennsylvania markets.  Manage up to 300 regional projects.

·               Provide strategic direction for large regional projects; duties include defining scope of work, scheduling construction, installation and integration teams, managing relationships with client and vendors, site surveys and managing all rollout activities

Spearheaded the regional UMTS system deployment.  Worked on and managed cross-functional teams including multiple site acquisition managers, construction managers, AE/Design contractors, RF teams and general contractors.
